About Lee County Redevelopment & Housing Authority

Lee County Redevelopment & Housing Authority assists low-income families in finding affordable housing through the administration of 532 Section 8 rental assistance programs.

The Authority manages 48 public housing units serving elderly, handicapped or disabled individuals in addition to 36 two,three and four-bedroom public housing family units.

Home Ownership Opportunity Program helps low-income families become self-sufficient and possible homeowners. If eligible, help is provided with new construction of single dwelling homes for moderate-middle income home buyers.

The Indoor Plumbing/Rehabilitation Program provides indoor plumbing and rehabilitation to provided low-income families with safe and sanitary living conditions.
